Find your fit
Tap what you need. We'll show you who leads it, how we'd work, and how we'd start.
Embedded recruitment
Several hires at once calls for capacity, not a one-off search. An embedded recruiter runs every opening inside your process.
How we'd start
Four ways to work with us
Dedicated recruiters join your team and run the entire hiring process, from intake and sourcing to offer and close. Every one is hand-picked and fully vetted by us, and we are extremely selective. Add a seat for a hiring push and step back when you're ready to bring recruiting in-house.
Best for: startups and small to midsize companies that need a recruiting function without building one from scratch.
An exclusive, principal-led search for a director or executive role, with a market map, a calibrated role profile and a shortlist you can stand behind.
Best for: leadership roles where the wrong hire is expensive.
Experienced executives placed part-time or for a defined term to lead a function, steady a transition or build a team before a permanent hire.
Best for: growth stages, interim gaps and functions not yet ready for a full-time head.
We build recruiting functions from scratch and fix the ones slowing you down: hiring workflows, interview design, offer approvals, and ATS selection and implementation.
Best for: companies hiring seriously for the first time, or outgrowing the process and tools they started with.
Two sister firms
Both firms offer all four services. Which one leads your engagement depends on the talent you need.
Engineers, AI and data specialists, and technical leaders for companies that build software, hardware and connected products.
High-level searches and fractional leaders for the functions that run the business.
Why clients choose us
Many firms post an ad, forward whoever responds, and call it a search. We go after the people who aren't looking, and we stay with you through every step until they start.
How an embedded engagement runs
We meet your leaders and hiring managers, learn how you hire today, and get access to your tools.
We select recruiters for your roles and industry and vet every one ourselves. Only people who meet our standard join your team.
We review open roles, sharpen job descriptions, and recommend process changes where they'll speed things up.
Targeted sourcing, screening, scheduling, debriefs and offers, reported in your pipeline reviews like anyone on staff.
Add a seat for a hiring surge or step back as your internal team grows. No long lock-in.
What we hire
Our team has hired in nearly every discipline outside clinical healthcare, so one partner can carry your whole req load. These are the areas clients ask us for most.

Where we work today
Embedded inside the client's talent acquisition team for more than 10 years, leading executive and senior-level searches alongside engineering, technical and business roles across multiple U.S. sites, and working hand in hand with its internal recruiting group.
A retained leadership search for the sales operations function, built on a market map and a calibrated role profile agreed with the executive team before outreach began.
The team
Each of us has worked inside corporate TA, and each brings a different industry depth to your searches. What we share is a reputation for an outstanding candidate experience. Every embedded recruiter we place is selected and vetted by this team, and held to that same standard.
Founded TNS. Spent 13 years at Barnes & Noble College, from embedded recruiter to Director of Talent Acquisition, and led TA at Registry Systems.
Brings energy-sector hiring experience to engineering and operations searches, and recruits internationally as well as across the U.S.
An experienced recruiter and HR professional who evaluates talent with the whole employee lifecycle in mind.
Fifteen years of strategic and executive search, with a focus on engineering, technical and senior-level talent.
For candidates
Most of the people we place weren't job hunting when we reached out. A conversation like that takes trust, and an outstanding candidate experience is what every one of our recruiters is known for. Here's what you can count on.
Your name and résumé go to a company only with your permission. Your current employer never hears from us.
Real detail on the role, the team and the leader, and honest talk about compensation, before you decide to go further.
We prepare you for each interview, debrief you after, and help you weigh the offer.
Whatever the outcome, a real person closes the loop with you.
